A seamless confluence of Dance, Music and Theatre
Tauryatrikam, a Sanskrit term from the ancient treatise on dance- Natyashastra, means a symphony of dance, music and instrumental – all essential elements of theatre. The word “Taurya” is derived from “Toorya”, means expert or well versed and “Trikam” means “three”. Thus, together, it means the one who is expert or well versed in all the three disciplines of performing arts.At its core, it identifies the inseparability of these three forms of fine arts.
